As sixth-generation Texans, Shaun and Laura Cochran founded AustinTeton to help individuals and families navigate important real-estate decisions with clarity, care, and a long-term perspective. Their work is grounded in stewardship, relationships, and the belief that exceptional real estate is generational, not transactional.

Shaun is a University of Texas graduate and former oil-and-gas engineer. His experience spans construction, renovation, ownership, operations, and brokerage—bringing an engineer’s discipline and an owner’s perspective to every property.

Laura leads staging, styling, furnishings, and media presentation. Her eye for design helps properties photograph beautifully, show at their best, and connect with buyers.

Shaun and Laura lead AustinTeton, supported by a trusted team of contractors, landscapers, property-care professionals, photographers, and specialists. Together, they allow the firm to improve, prepare, manage, and present each property with unusual continuity and care.

AustinTeton represents buyers and sellers of distinctive homes, waterfront property, and land. The firm also manages select residences, second homes, long-term rentals, and luxury short-term stays for owners.

Family and faith remain central. As parents of four, Shaun and Laura value strong relationships, education, fitness, time outdoors, and building something meaningful together.
