Shaun and Laura Cochran
As sixth-generation Texans, Shaun and Laura Cochran founded AUSTINTETON to serve individuals and families navigating complex, high-value real estate with clarity, care, and long-term perspective. Shaun is a University of Texas Longhorn graduate with an engineering background rooted in oil and gas exploration and production. That foundation shaped a disciplined approach to evaluating value, managing risk, and executing complex deals—skills that naturally carried into commercial and residential real estate, construction, and ultimately the luxury market. Today, he leads strategy across AUSTINTETON’s private luxury stays and high-end brokerage, overseeing property positioning, value-enhancing improvements, and marketing campaigns designed to achieve premium outcomes.
Laura leads design direction, staging, and furnishings, ensuring each residence is presented with intention and emotional resonance.
