TETON CASCADE LODGE

Set on nearly 4 acres, Teton Cascade Lodge combines broad Teton Range views, private Snake River access, a live-water cascade, a pond, mature trees, and a large usable lawn. The 7-bedroom, 6-bath residence pairs original hand-scraped Swedish coped logs and three river-rock fireplaces with thoughtful updates, including Wolf and Miele appliances, a DaVinci roof, Lutron controls, new lighting, and redesigned primary-suite spaces. The renovation, preparation, positioning, and completed sale made Teton Cascade one of AustinTeton's earliest formative projects—and helped inspire the firm's name.

The project helped inspire the AustinTeton name—a connection between our home in Austin and an enduring relationship with Jackson Hole and the outdoors. Teton Cascade remains a clear expression of the method: understand the property, recognize what makes it distinctive, and present it with purpose.
